Active Meditation

Active Meditation is a dynamic form of meditation that combines physical movement with mindfulness to release stress, increase awareness, and achieve inner stillness. Unlike traditional sitting meditation, it encourages participants to express and release pent-up emotions and energy through activities such as dancing, shaking, breathing, or chanting before moving into silence.

1. Dynamic Meditation

Dynamic Meditation is an active meditation technique created by Osho to release suppressed emotions and awaken inner awareness. It involves five stages—chaotic breathing, emotional release (catharsis), mantra chanting (“Hoo!”), silence, and celebration. Through intense movement followed by stillness, it helps clear mental and emotional blockages, bringing energy, clarity, and deep inner peace.

2. Kundlani Meditation

Kundalini Meditation is a transformative practice designed to awaken the dormant spiritual energy (Kundalini) at the base of the spine and guide it upward through the chakras. Popularized by Osho, it combines shaking, dancing, stillness, and silence to release tension and allow energy to flow freely. Practiced in stages, it helps balance body, mind, and spirit—leading to heightened awareness, inner peace, and a deep sense of joy and vitality.
