Passive Meditation

Passive Meditation is a traditional form of meditation focused on stillness and inner silence. Unlike active methods, it involves sitting quietly, observing the breath, thoughts, or sensations without reaction. Practices like Vipassana or Zen meditation are examples. The aim is to calm the mind, cultivate awareness, and experience inner peace by simply being present and detached from mental distractions.

1. Who I am Meditation

“Who Am I?” Meditation is a self-inquiry practice introduced by Sri Ramana Maharshi to discover one’s true self beyond the mind and ego. Instead of focusing on breath or mantra, practitioners repeatedly ask the question “Who am I?” and turn attention inward to the source of thoughts and identity. This deep introspection dissolves false identifications and reveals pure awareness — the silent, ever-present consciousness that is one’s true nature.

2. Nada brahma Meditation

Nada Brahma Meditation is a sound-based meditation developed by Osho, rooted in the ancient idea that “the world is sound” (Nada Brahma). It uses humming and listening to inner and outer sounds to harmonize the body and mind. Practiced in stages—starting with gentle humming, followed by silent listening and stillness—it balances inner vibrations, releases tension, and creates deep peace. This meditation helps one connect with the subtle rhythm of existence and experience unity through sound and silence.

3.Chakra Meditation

Chakra Meditation is a powerful practice focused on balancing and activating the seven energy centers (chakras) within the body. Each chakra corresponds to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life — from the Root Chakra (Muladhara) at the base of the spine, representing stability and grounding, to the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) at the top of the head, symbolizing spiritual connection and enlightenment.

During Chakra Meditation, practitioners use deep breathing, visualization, mantras, or sound vibrations to cleanse and align these energy centers. When all chakras are balanced, life force energy (prana) flows freely, bringing harmony, vitality, and inner peace. This meditation enhances self-awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.
